The Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) supports EU projects funded under Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, which are generating innovative knowledge, creating skills and demonstrating systemic solutions. They boost knowledge sharing, link the CCRI to relevant initiatives and stakeholders, and contribute to supporting cities and regions to implement their Circular Systemic Solutions.
FIC-Fighters is part of this initiative and we are grateful about the visibility the CCRI is offering our project.
Discover here some of other projects recently featured by the CCRI that will demonstrate concrete circular solutions in key value chains, such as (bio)plastics recycling, water reuse and nutrients recovery:
- CSSBoost: addresses barriers to enhance the hashtag#CircularEconomy and bioeconomy transition across EU regions
- CircSyst: focuses on three priority value chains: water management, biowaste, and plastics and packaging
- CisWEFE-NEX: sets out to achieve a net positive freshwater balance and promoting sustainable food production with nature-based techniques and regenerative agriculture
- SOLSTICE: aims to demonstrate replicable systemic solutions in the textile industry
- CARE: plans to transform 100 households across Europe into circular-model households
- CIRCLEUP: focuses on increasing circular practices in the household as well
